The Chiropractic Lifestyle Center, PC offers comprehensive chiropractic care which includes thorough biomechanical examination, low force and traditional techniques that are specific to an individual’s needs.  Dr. Merrilee Foreman offers a specialty in treating the mature bone structure, including extremities.  She is a Palmer graduate and has practiced in Albuquerque since 1998.


Dr. Foreman says “In the event of an automobile accident or other injuries the gentler no cracking treatments with ACTIVATOR ADJUSTMENTS AND SOFTER TECHNIQUES ARE USED and if necessary, the PALMER method can be implemented.  Just to let you know that the longer you wait to have care, the more likely scar tissue will become less pliable and perhaps more painful.  I want people to know that there are other techniques that DO NOT require the crack therefore eliminating the fear of chiropractic treatments.”

She has earned an ADVANCED RATING as a Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner (CCEP), as well as ADVANCED RATED in the low force ACTIVATOR METHOD.

 

Chiropractic care covers a wide range of maladies including neck and back pain, numbness, sciatica, hip, arm, and leg pain.  It is an effective alternative to medical treatments which often mask the root of your health issues.  Our techniques offer rapid relief from those pesky aches and pains that we all experience as we age.  Dr. Foreman is very aware of aging issues and has received her Master’s degree in Gerontology.  Further, she has extended her education by earning a fellowship in the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture and practices the non-needle technique of electrical acupoint and laser acupuncture.

Dr. Forman always fixes me! My treatments have become fewer and fewer and I would highly recommend her. I couldn't drive for more than 2 1/2 hours without excruciating hip and and thigh pain. Also my lower back pain is now minimal... note: be prepared to wait for at least 30 minutes in a hot waiting room to be seen...

Short wait, friendly staff, 1st visit not covered by insurance! Rather costly & not mentioned when making the appointment. Thought I was going to get a few needed manipulations but some sort of implement was used instrad called an activator chiropractic adjustment tool. Only 1st appointment...lots of customers in the waiting room....so?

How many visits will I need to see results?

The number of visits needed varies depending on the condition being treated and the individual needs of the patient.  Most people have positive responses with the first treatment thereby starting onto the path of improvement while others may require multiple visits. 

What should I expect during my first visit to Chiropractic Lifestyle Center?

During your first visit, we will discuss your medical history and any current symptoms of concerns you may have we will also perform a physical exam and may perform diagnostic tests, such as X-rays, if necessary.
